Refund Policy

We want to ensure your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Full Refund (48 Hours Prior to Transfer)
    If you cancel your transfer 48 hours or more before the scheduled transfer time, you are eligible for a full refund.
    Please contact us within this time frame to process your cancellation and refund.

  2. 50% Refund (24 Hours Prior to Transfer)
    Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a 50% refund.
    Requests within this window will be processed accordingly.

  3. No Refund (Less than 24 Hours or No Show)
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.
    Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds for transfers missed or canceled after this time frame.
