Full Refund (48 Hours Prior to Transfer)
If you cancel your transfer 48 hours or more before the scheduled transfer time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please contact us within this time frame to process your cancellation and refund. -
50% Refund (24 Hours Prior to Transfer)
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Requests within this window will be processed accordingly. -
No Refund (Less than 24 Hours or No Show)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds for transfers missed or canceled after this time frame.
